SELF-REALIZATION IS NOT SELFISH — IT’S A GIFT TO THE WORLD
Real transformation means expanding into your authentic self.
This changes not only you – but the world around you.
Even after deep work, many are trapped in these feelings of:
“Something is wrong with me.”
“I hit a glass ceiling.”
“I’m not allowed.”
That’s how I felt too. Despite intensive inner work and external success. I felt that something was fundamentally wrong. It felt like bumping into invisible walls – these walls are the invisible cultural patterns and social structures. And even today I still observe how my ideas and my actions are not necessarily seen in the same way as those of men. And again and again this strange feeling of “I’m not allowed to do this”.
But what exactly I’m not allowed to do? I could perceive this feeling most clearly when I addressed taboo topics with my artistic performances. After all, the purpose of taboos is to keep quiet about something. And I didn’t do that. So I felt a kind of “threat and punishment” from the prevailing cultural “field” – a term from quantum physics – that imposed this taboo.
Sound familiar?

So we unconsciously adapt, then wonder why transformation still feels out of reach.
We must write a new story – not just push ceilings, but dissolve walls.
HELLO – SAWUBONA – I SEE YOU
This is where it begins.

But with Sawubona (Hello) — a Zulu word that means:
“I see you. And by seeing you, I bring you into being.”
It’s more than a greeting. It means recognizing a person’s value, dignity, pain, passion, and potential. It’s the reality of presence.
The reply in Zulu?
“I am here.”
To be seen — fully, without reduction — is the start of transforming.
