A Letter to Men Who Feel the Quiet Earthquake Within
Transformative Coaching for Men Seeking Wholeness, Inner Truth for achieving their goals

Dear open-minded and curious men,
As a woman, I’ve spent much of my life exploring the roles, burdens, and suffering we women face — and it became impossible not to notice something else:
More and more men feel irritated, confused, and uncomfortable.
Unsure of what they’re “allowed” to be.
Some even feel disadvantaged, lost, or misunderstood.
Traditional roles are breaking apart — and this is not a bad thing.
But it’s also disorienting.
If these words find you, then perhaps something is stirring beneath the surface.
Not a crisis, maybe.
But a quiet ache.
A subtle dissonance between who you are on the outside —
and what pulses within.
THE NUMBERS SPEAK LOUDLY
- Men are 3 x more likely to die by suicide
- They are falling behind in education at all levels
- Increasingly isolated and disconnected
- Struggling with purpose like never before
SAWUBONA — I SEE YOU
This is where it begins.
Not with a diagnosis.
Not with a goal.
Not with advice or a performance plan.
But with Sawubona (Hello) — a Zulu word that means:
“I see you. And by seeing you, I bring you into being.”
It’s more than a greeting. It means recognizing a person’s value, dignity, pain, passion, and potential. It’s the reality of presence.
The reply in Zulu?
“I am here.”
To be seen — fully, without reduction — is the start of transforming.
I’m here — with decades of experience — to truly see you.
All this is the cornerstone of my work, the foundation of process-oriented Integral Psychology, which honors body, mind, soul and shadow – all of you. Rooted in non-dualistic thinking – a core quality of the Feminine Principle.

“PAIN OF A MAN” – REAL STORIES, REAL WEIGHT
In my theater piece Pain of a Man, based on interviews with Egyptian men, one theme kept repeating:
“Being a man feels like a burden.”
Always expected to be the hero — and never allowed to rest, question, or unfold.
In my book The Big Twist – Living in a Lie, I offer more space for men to speak — and what emerges is clear:
Our cultural beliefs about men and women are not divine truths.
They are simply wrong — and they keep all of us confined.
The Real Obstacles Men Face Today
These are not individual failings — they are the outcome of cultural conditioning:
- Emotional repression –
“Real men don’t feel” - Achievement pressure –
“Your worth = your success” - Isolation expectation –
“Solve it on your own” - Fear of vulnerability –
“Weakness will ruin you” - Spiritual detachment –
“Only logic counts”
What If Strength Means Facing Yourself?
Actor Justin Baldoni once asked:
“Can we redefine strength, bravery, and toughness
as the courage to explore your own heart?”
“Are you brave enough to be vulnerable?
To reach out when you need help?
To dive headfirst into your shame?”
Christian Seidel: The Woman in Me
A personal friend, Christian Seidel — once a global marketing director — left his old life behind and wrote:
“It was my inner woman calling to me — my repressed femininity.
Being a man felt like an empty vessel… like a cake with a missing slice.
When I embraced the woman within me, I felt whole.
Finally, I am home.”
More in my Book The Big Twist.

This is not “I see you” 🙃 – Remember the scene in “Matilda” where the headmistress punishes
children for no reason? We’ve lived enough of that
Are You Ready to Be Seen — and to See Yourself?
If my words resonate with you, and if you trust me as a woman to walk beside you, then let’s begin.
With deep experience and presence, I’ll support you in unlocking:
- Your inner guidance
- The wisdom of your body
- Your deeper purpose
- And your full, unhidden truth
This is the decoding of false roles.
This is where you meet who you really are.
What This Is Not
This is not primarily coaching for productivity.
This is not about fixing you.
This is not a process of becoming “better.”
This is about becoming whole.

How to Work With Me

Beauty is the structure,
that underlies the universe
And this structure is moving
Just as everything in the universe is movement
And as amazing as it may sound,
this universe is in constant expansion
You could say
we are created out of moving beauty
and our deepest nature is to expand
And what can expand ceaselessly?
Our consciousness
