Performance Art Retreats

From Process to Performance to Power

The essence of this work is training attention – sharpening body awareness. Dance, breath, and shadow work form its foundation. The aim is to release inner blocks so that surrender, self-forgetfulness, and a unique quality of presence can arise in performance.

Breaking Boundaries

Performance transforms personal experience. Through artistic alienation, unfamiliar expression, and public sharing, the private becomes universal. Essential are embodied awareness, sustained focus, and letting go of identification with old stories.

Purpose and Effect

In the creative process, stories can be rewritten, hidden ones revealed. The body, liberated from misuse, regains soulfulness, and the unity of body, mind, and spirit is restored. The result: expanded awareness and release from stored narratives.

Traces of Transformation

“With every performance, I feel how limits dissolve, expanding my inner spectrum and leaving traces in thought, feeling, and everyday life.”

Marion Schmidt

“Unlived joy floods the body, light penetrates the system. Emotions dissolve. A radical inner shift – toward ease, love, and connection. This experience transforms my life.”

Judith Ammon
